Skilluencer’s Terms and Conditions Last Revised: November 2023

This document, referred to as the “Terms and Conditions,” sets forth the guidelines and rules for using Skilluencer’s website, including all the features, content, and services available through www.skilluencer.com or the Skilluencer mobile application (the “Platform”). These terms create a legal agreement between you and Skilluencer Global Ltd. (10 Elm Street, Acacia Gardens, NSW, 2765, Australia), Throughout this document, “Skilluencer,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Skilluencer, and “you” or “user” refers to you, as a Platform user.

Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before engaging with the Platform. By accessing the Platform, setting up an account, or clicking to accept these terms (when prompted), you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Payment Terms, which are incorporated by this reference. You also confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, accessible here. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, you should refrain from using the Platform. Detailed policies on specific Platform activities and usage can be found within the relevant sections of these terms.

Access to the Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of forming binding contracts. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the Platform or Skilluencer services. By using the Platform, you assert that you meet all the specified eligibility criteria. If you do not meet these criteria, you should not access or engage with the Platform.

The primary language for these Terms and Conditions, as well as all related communications and content on the Platform, is English. Translations of these documents are provided solely for your convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any other language version, the English language version will prevail.

  1. Skilluencer Members: Individuals or businesses who engage services through Skilluencer Trainers.
  2. Events: Customized online live events created by Skilluencer Trainers in response to member-specific requirements.
  3. Custom Inquiries: Requests made by Skilluencer Members for Tailored Events from Skilluencer Trainers.
  4. Additional Service Options: Extra services provided by Skilluencer Trainers, available for an additional cost as agreed upon.
  5. Service Tiers: Various formats and pricing options for services offered by Skilluencer Trainers, including different levels of service, starting from a base price above a set minimum.
  6. Expert Showcase: The section where Skilluencer Trainers detail their services and terms, where Members can engage and initiate service agreements.
  7. Skilluencer Offerings: The range of professional services available on Skilluencer.
  8. Community: The designated area for Skilluencers Members and Trainers to communicate regarding contracted services.
  9. Skilluencers or Independent Contractors: Individuals or groups offering live events on Skilluencer, either directly or through the group events.

Cancellations and Disputes
Paid events are refundable 10 days prior to the Event date, after this period any payment made for the event is none refundable if the live online event has run on Skilluencer.com. This also applies if the buyer has not joined the event but the event has run on Skilluencer.com. We encourage our Members and Trainer to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. Members can lodge a dispute using Contact Us form and we will resolve the dispute within 15 days. Any approved refunds will be paid back to the Buyers accounts with 30 days of resolution.

Payments to Sellers
All payments to sellers will require bank account to be registered on Skilluencer.com. Payments for any live events or services provided will be made 7 days after the event. During this period any payment made by the buyer will remain with Skilluencer Limited bank account. All payments to sellers will be deducted with 10% Skilluencer.com fee. Buyer can dispute the payment within 7 days after the event, in which case payment to the seller may be held for 15 days. After the review payment will be made according to the outcome.
